I am committed to my purpose of Growing Businesses & Empowering People. I do this by helping business owners and entrepreneurs build the business through business coaching, leadership training, and business strategy. I also work with career professionals, executives, and other leaders by helping them become more engaged in the workplace by finding purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in their life and work.
I hold a B.S. Degree in Entrepreneurship, an MBA from Missouri State University, and certifications in professional coaching and Behaviors and Motivators Analysis. Currently, I’m working toward my Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University. In addition to my strong foundation in academics, I also have “real-world” experience in many aspects of Business Management and Leadership Development due to more than a decade of experience as a successful, former Fortune 50 Retail Executive and Leader.
I am the author of five top-selling books, including Leading with Purpose: 30 Empowering Tips to Transform Your Organization, Turn That Frown Upside Down: Discover Meaning & Fulfillment in the Workplace, Growing Businesses & Empowering People, Give Me the Ball: Winning the Game of Entrepreneurship, and Leading with Service: 30 Empowering Tips for Turning Customers into Advocates.
In 2010 I started my business coaching and leadership development company, Clutch Consulting, with one simple purpose: Growing Businesses and Empowering People!
I love affecting change, mentoring others, creating new ideas and innovative ways of doing things, giving others perspective, and helping companies have better bottom lines.
